By creating an account or using Nexync, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including organization owners, administrators, and members.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Accounts found to contain false information may be suspended without notice.
You agree not to use Nexync to:
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Nexync, including client information and invoices. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not sell, share, or use it for purposes beyond operating the platform.
We aim to keep Nexync available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime or data unavailability.
You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice in cases of serious misuse.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for a short period to allow for recovery in case of accidental deletion, after which it will be permanently removed.
Nexync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
