When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. When you use Nexync to manage your business, we also collect the data you enter — such as client names, addresses, and invoice details — in order to provide the service.
We automatically collect certain technical information when you access the platform, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is used for security monitoring and to improve the service.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to production data is strictly limited and logged.
While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication on your account.
We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in and to protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Nexync may use third-party services for transactional email delivery and infrastructure hosting. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver the service and are bound by their own privacy policies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also export your data or close your account from within the platform settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
